By placing an order with Heather Hits Different LLC, you agree to the product descriptions, pricing, shipping terms, return policy, and other shop policies displayed at the time of purchase.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted unless required by applicable law. Customers are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, sizing, condition details, and shipping information before completing a purchase.
Orders are packed with care and may be insured during shipment. If an item arrives damaged, the customer must contact Heather Hits Different LLC within 3 days of delivery by text message only at 321- 302- 9049 and provide clear photos of the damaged item and all original packaging. The item and packaging must be retained until any carrier claim is fully resolved.
Heather Hits Different LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Prices, product availability, and shop policies may be updated at any time. Any changes will apply to future purchases and will not alter the terms that applied to a completed order.
